Clayton Homes iHouse
The iHouse is getting lots of attention especially since it helps to reduces energy costs and give you a smaller carbon footprint as well.

Clayton Homes, the largest manufacturer of modular homes in the U.S, has unleashed the iHouse or iHome with prices considerably low compared to what a regular home costs these days. There are two versions of the iHouse but each can be modified if needed.
723-square-foot i-house I ($74,900)
1,023-square-foot i-house II ($93,300)
Basically this house combines energy efficiency and affordability. The design is pretty nice as well. Kevin Clayton, chief executive officer of Clayton Homes says:
“We build these homes in a controlled environment away from the weather, so there’s a huge quality benefit simply because of how we build a home. We also have far less scrap in our building process than a traditional home, so there are tremendous cost savings we pass along to the homebuyer.”
