On Season 7 of the Biggest Loser the winner is Helen Phillips who toke home the grand prize of $250,000.
NBC ran a 3 hour special for the season finale yesterday May 12. Helen Phillips, 47 years old, started the show weighing in at 140 lbs and at the end of the season she was weighing 117 lbs, this brings her total percentage of weight loss to 54.47%.
