Nestle Toll House Recall

Who would of that that Nestle’s yummy cookie dough could be so dangerous? Today Nestle has placed a recall on several cookie dough products.

Here is a list of the Nestle Toll House Cookie Dough Recall products:
- Cookie Bar Dough
- Cookie Dough Tub
- Cookie Dough Tube
- Limited Edition Cookie Dough items
- Seasonal Cookie Dough
- Ultimates Cookie Bar Dough

The Nestle Toll House Recall is due to an investigation done by the FDA and CDC that found that E. coli 0157 is related to people who eat raw cookie dough.

E. coli Symptoms
- abdominal cramping
- vomiting and diarrhea

    Eating raw cookie dough might make you sick? No kidding! I learned that 20 years ago, when I was 9. I learned about the dangers of eating raw eggs (E. Coli) and my mother, in her infinite wisdom, extended that to raw cookie dough, which of course contains raw eggs. Come on people, wake up!

    You want to fix the economy? Let’s start holding people accountable for their own stupidity. This recall will cost Nestle millions of dollars, and I’m sure there will be a lawsuit over it. Between this, smokers suing Philip Morris and fat people suing McDonald’s, these big companies are forced to spend way too much money on legal fees. That money comes from somewhere – either higher prices or lower payroll.
