Louisville Flooding News
Major flooding in Louisville has paralyzed the city! The flooding warning went out at around 10 AM and there are as much as 6 inches of rain accumulated.
Weather experts have never seen this kind of flooding in the area before. The most affected areas are Downtown, St. Matthews and Shively. The University of Louisville has been closed down and many have lost power.
