Jessica Voth took some nude photos for her boyfriend, Miles Marsh, but after they broke up he decided to post the pictures on an ex-girlfriend site.
After finding out that her nude pics where on the internet, Jessica Voth is now suing her ex-boyfriend Miles Marsh as she believes he is responsible for posting them out on the site. The photos are not recent, they where take on February of 2006.
Voth is now suing March for intentionally inflicted emotional distress and invasion of privacy.
