Tasered Mom!

Audra Harmon was a mom who was tasered and arrested in front of her kids who where later left alone for 40 minutes waiting for someone to pick them up. You bet she’s filing a lawsuit against Onondaga County (N.Y.) Sheriff’s Department.

Deputy Sean Andrews stopped Audra Harmon because he though she was on her cell phone. However Harmon explained that she was just leaning on her cheek and even let the deputy check through her purse.

The deputy then changed his story saying he was giving her a speeding ticket for going 50mph in a 45mph area. However he did not have a radar and said he paced the car to verify speeding. Harmon was sure she wasn’t speeding and wanted to see the police dashboard camera.

Harmon posed no threat but the police offer grabbed her from her car pulling her out and when she tried to get back into her mini-van he tasered her in front of her children.
