I am happy to say that GEM Keep It Cool did everything the infomercial said it would. My husband and I happen to catch the infomercial one morning and after watching about 15 minutes, he turned to me and said “I’m ordering this for you right now”. And he did! This wonderful concoction all but wiped out my hot flashes and night sweats! Who would have thought???
