Hurricane Bill maybe miles from the east coast of the US but it’s enough to create surfing conditions that surfers are excited about.
Surfers have been taking advantage of the big waves that have been made due to Hurricane Bill. This Sunday is supposed to be the best surf day in years for the East Coast and the biggest this summer. However lifeguards are warnings swimmers to stay out of the water.
