What would you do if you heard a child crying at Walmart? Many may give a angry star, others would walk away but could you imagine slapping the child and in front of her mother? That’s what Roger Stephens did.
Roger Stephens, 61 years old, was annoying by a 2 year old girl who was crying. The angry man told the mother to shut the child up before he did. A couple of seconds later he slapped the littler girl 4 times!
