Diane Borchardt
Diane Borchardt was a teacher at Jefferson High School in Wisconsin who hired three students to kill her husband.
Diane Borchardt was married to Ruben Borchardt. Ruben had lost his first wife in a car accident with whom he had two children. Ruben remarried and had a child with Diane as well. Diane never suffered from physical abuse however Ruben fell in love with another women and wanted to get divorced from Diane.
The divorce results in Ruben getting the house and Diane had to leave their home and this is when Diane lost it. She hired 3 students at the school she taught them and offered them cars and money so they would kill Ruben Borchardt.
The murder was carefully planned out and Diane even had an alibi when she picked a fight on purpose with Ruben the night before and called the police saying she was leaving. The next morning the student broke into Ruben’s house and shot him in the head.
Diane Borchardt would have gotten away with the crime but six months later the gunman divulged the information to the wrong person and investigations found out that Diane Borchardt was the mastermind behind the murder plot.
