Richmond High School in California is making headlines after a recent gang-rape that occurred during the high school prom.
A 15 year old girl who attends Richmond High was on her way to get picked up by her father. A friend approached her and invited her to join a group that was drinking near an alley, the girl accepted. It was then that the group began to rape her and no one came to her help, in fact many people watched.
Manuel Ortega is the first arrest on this horrific case which ended in the girl being raped, beaten and robbed by several men. This case is still undergoing investigation.
