For This New Father, the Experience is Out of This World

Space Shuttle Atlantis Mission Specialist Randy Bresnik, who is currently
apart of the STS-129 crew, got word from Mission Control that he is a new
father. His wife gave birth to their daughter  Abigail Mae Bresnik
weighing six pounds, 13 ounces and measuring 20 inches long, at 11:04 p.m.
November 21 in Houston Texas. His wife Rebecca and new baby Abigail are
doing well.

Miley Cyrus Issues a Statement Following the Death of Tour Bus Driver

On Friday afternoon, Miley Cyrus issued a statement regarding the driver
that had died in an earlier accident involving one of Cyrus’s tour buses.
The statements reads, “We are deeply saddened by the loss of Bill ‘Uncle
Bill’ Douglas,” and goes on to say “Members of our tour are like members
of our family. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family in the midst
of this tragedy. He will truly be missed.”

Miley Cyrus was not on board the bus at the time of the accident. The bus
was carrying production crew members to a concert that Cyrus will be
performing at in Greensboro, NC when the driver, Douglas age 53 for
unknown reasons ran off the road, struck an embankment and then
overturned. 911 calls made from the scene suggest that Douglas, an Austin
Texas native may have suffered from cardiac arrest. The cause of the crash
has yet to be determined, pending the ongoing investigation. According to
a spokesperson, the Miley Cyrus concert in Greensboro will go on as
scheduled.

Brock Lesnar Illness

According to Dana White -UFC President-, Brock Lesnar “The Rock” is in a North Dakota’s Hospital right now.

Apparently something bad happened to him in a recent trip to Canada.

She said Brock is in a really bad shape and won’t be fighting soon. The Rock had pulled out of a fight on Nov 18 suggesting he probably had swine flu.

Mike Duvall Resigns

Mike Duvall resigned today after his affair with Heidi Dejong Barsuglia was made public when he himself spoke about it not knowing his mic was on.

During a Sacramento hearing Mike Duvall boasted about his sexual activities with a colleague not knowing that his microphone was on and that he was broadcasting it to the public. He spoke about his affair with lobbyist Heidi DeJong Barsuglia.

Duvall said in a recent statement he released:

“I have come to the conclusion that it would not be fair to my family, my constituents or to my friends on both sides of the aisle to remain in office. Therefore, I have decided to resign my office, effective immediately, so that the Assembly can get back to work.”
