Maclaren Stroller Recall

The Maclaren Stroller Recall has taken immediate effect after they realized that children have been getting their fingers amputated by the carriage hinge.

Maclaren, who claims to be a premier British stroller maker, will be recalling over 1 million umbrella strollers that have been bought in the US from 1999 to the present year. Up to date already 12 children have had their fingers cut off because of the malmanufacturing of the Maclaren strollers.

Strange Clouds Over Moscow

How strange would it be to see a UFO shaped cloud above you? Many in Moscow saw a strange halo shaped cloud and many stopped to get it on video.

Are the strange clouds over Moscow a sign of life from another planet? Scientist say that they event was just a natural phenomenon. According to NY Daily News:

“It’s a purely optical effect, even if a spectacular one. You can see really strange things if you watch the clouds regularly,” weather officials told Russia’s Vesti 24. “Several air fronts have passed Moscow recently, including an inflow of cold air from the Arctic, and they combined to produce such a phenomenon.”

Claudia Barilla is happy that her partner is now in space. Guy Laliberte, boss of Cirque du Soleil, is the first clown to go to space.

His partner, former model Claudia Barilla stated:
“I’m very happy for him. It’s amazing. Now we know he’s up there.”

Guy Laliberte paid 35 million for his trip to space!

Toyota Recall September 2009

The Toyota Recall September 2009 is the biggest in history with over 3.8 million cars being recalled due to faulty floor mats.

There have already been 4 reported accidents due to jammed accelerators which where caused by problems with the floor mats. Toyota is now recalling all these cars and asking Toyota and Lexus drivers to remove the floor mats on the driver’s side until a solution is found.

Mexico Subway Shooting

The Mexico Subway Shooting took place in Mexico City and resulted in two deaths.

A man was stopped for painting graffiti in the Balderas station subway. He then opened fire and two people where killed. Police detained the shooter who was identified as Luis Felipe Hernandez Castillo.
