According to US Weekly Kate Gosselin got her free tummy tuck thanks to TLC who airs the show Jon and Kate Plus Eight. Aside from the tummy tuck Kat has also had cosmetic dental work, she changed her hairstyle and color as well and is now even obsessed with tanning.
